Tenant Portal overview
The tenant portal is your self-service control panel for the hosting account
your provider gave you. Sign in at /tenant/login on your provider’s domain with
the username and password from your welcome email (set your password first via the
link if this is your first time).
Everything is scoped to your account — you only ever see your own sites, files, and data. Here’s what each section does:
| Section | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Overview | Account summary, quick links, usage at a glance |
| Websites | Create and manage your websites, set the primary site, SSL |
| Files | Full file manager — upload, edit, compress, permissions |
| Databases | Create MySQL databases and users |
| Create mailboxes, forwarders, set passwords | |
| DNS | Manage DNS records for your domains |
| Subdomains | Add subdomains to a website |
| Apps | Deploy Node/Python/etc. apps and one-click apps |
| PHP | Choose PHP version and extensions |
| Cron Jobs | Schedule recurring commands |
| Metrics | CPU, memory, storage, and bandwidth usage |
| Invoices | View and pay invoices |
| Support | Open and track support tickets |
| Copilot | Ask the built-in AI assistant to help or act |
Your provider decides which features and limits (disk, databases, bandwidth) your plan includes, so some sections may show caps or be unavailable on smaller plans.
Set up two-factor authentication when prompted — it protects your account and everything in it.
