Users & access

Control who can get in and what they can do.

Admin users

Users manages the people who administer the panel.

  • Create an admin, set a role (what they can access), and a strong password.
  • Require 2FA for every admin (see Security).
  • Remove accounts when someone leaves — promptly.

API tokens

API Tokens issues tokens for programmatic access (automation, CI, integrations).

  • Create a token scoped to what it needs; copy it once (it isn’t shown again).
  • Revoke tokens that are unused or exposed.
  • Treat tokens like passwords — never commit them to a repo.

Activity log

Activity records who did what and when — logins, changes, and admin actions. Use it to audit a change or investigate an incident.

License

License shows your OrbixPanel license status, plan, and claims. Activate or update your license here; it’s also where entitlements (feature gates) are reflected.

Principle of least privilege: give each admin and token only the access it needs, and review the list periodically.
