Manage customers
Your customers are tenant accounts. Each gets its own tenant portal, scoped to just their sites and data.
Create a customer
- Open Customers (Tenants) → Create.
- Enter their username and email, and assign a package.
- Optionally create their primary website at the same time, so they land in a ready-to-use account.
- Save. They receive a welcome email to set their password and sign in.
Day-to-day management
- Suspend / unsuspend an account (e.g. for non-payment) — suspending disables their sites without deleting anything.
- Change package to upgrade or downgrade; new limits apply automatically.
- Reset password or resend the welcome/set-password email.
- Per-customer overrides — bump an individual account’s disk/memory above its package when you need to.
Watch usage
Each customer shows resource usage against their limits; accounts near or over a cap are flagged so you can reach out or upsell. See how the customer sees the same data in Metrics.
Signups from your storefront
When someone buys a plan on your storefront, their order appears for you to approve (or it auto-provisions on payment). Approve it and the account is created with the chosen package.
Deleting a customer removes their sites and data — suspend first, confirm with the customer, and keep a backup.
