Use the AI Copilot

The Copilot is an AI assistant built into the portal. Ask it questions in plain language, and — when your provider has enabled an action-capable model — it can perform tasks for you.

Ask it anything

Open Copilot and type a question, e.g.:

  • “How do I point my domain here?”
  • “Why is my email going to spam?”
  • “List my websites.”

It answers using knowledge of your account and OrbixPanel.

Let it do things for you

For tasks that change something (create a subdomain, add a DNS record, etc.), the Copilot doesn’t act silently. It proposes the action and shows a confirmation card:

  1. You ask, e.g. “Create a subdomain blog.example.com.”
  2. The Copilot prepares the change and shows Approve / Decline.
  3. Click Approve and it carries out the action, then confirms the result.

Nothing that modifies your account happens without your approval, and read-only questions run instantly.

Availability

The Copilot is optional and configured by your provider. If it’s unavailable or replies that it can only advise, your provider either hasn’t enabled it or is using a model that can’t perform actions — you can still use every section of the portal directly, and Support is always available.
