White-label your brand

White-labeling makes the platform look like your product. Your customers see your brand, not OrbixPanel.

Set your brand

  1. Open your branding settings (Storefront/branding).
  2. Set:
    • Brand name — shown in the portal header and emails.
    • Logo — displayed in place of the OrbixPanel logo (upload a transparent PNG/SVG).
    • Primary color — accents buttons, links, and the storefront theme.
  3. Save. The tenant portal immediately shows your brand for your customers.

Where your brand appears

  • Tenant portal — header logo/name and accent color.
  • Storefront — your theme, logo, and colors (Storefront & CMS).
  • Emails — welcome, password, and invoice emails use your brand name.

Use your own domains

  • Serve the tenant portal and storefront from your own domains (point DNS at the server and request SSL).
  • Set a support/from email on your domain so notifications come from you — and add SPF/DKIM so they reach inboxes.

Without a custom logo, the portal falls back to a neutral default rather than exposing the OrbixPanel brand — so partially-configured accounts still look clean.
